Schoeller Allibert is continuously working to provide you with the most optimal shopping experience with the best range of reusable transport packaging. As a result of this, we have decided to close our web shop until 22nd June 2023.

Therefore, to provide the best service and meet your individual needs, you will be served directly by our in-house sales team in the future. They will be at your disposal for all your concerns and will be happy to advise you personally.

Please note that you can still place your orders for containers and pallets in our web shop up to and including 22nd June 2023. We assure you that our support will also be available to you during the coming weeks.

Q: Can I still purchase products after the web shop is closed?

A: Yes, even after the closure of the web shop, you can continue to purchase our products. Please send your inquiries or orders to: info@schoellerallibert.com or use the contact form at the end of this page.

Q: What will happen to my outstanding orders?

A: Orders placed before the closure that have not yet been processed will be handled accordingly and completed. You will receive information regarding the current status of your order. Q: How do I receive a refund for returned items?

A: If you have returned items and are awaiting a refund, Schoeller Allibert will process the refund according to the agreed-upon terms. You will receive information about this process from customer service or in the company's return policy.
